Story
The Beit Ha'vaad (Jewish Congressional Center) Alliance has Been Established The First Day Of Rosh Chodesh Adar 1 5782 יום שלישי שהוכפל בו כי טוב א' דראש חודש אדר א' ה'תשפ"ב
for the purpose of learning more about the redemption and rolling out the commandments as they become available.
The Name "Beis Hava'ad" was Recommended By The Honorable Rabbi David Bar Chaim as a mutual correct name for this kind of coalition, And The Beis Hava'ad (Pre-Sanhedrin Jewish Scholars and Advisors Coalition) Has Been Officially Established and launched By Myself (Rabbi Yosef Edery).

Prioritized 10 Points of the Beis Hava'ad Lachachamim:
1. Achieving the Complete Redemption: As Am Yisroel emerges from the years of exile, it is crucial to remember that the "Redemption Way of seeing the world" is not to be taken lightly. The community must strive to cleanse themselves of all misconceptions and aspire to reach the truth.
2. Building Inward: The current governing structures of exile are unlikely to be part of the Redemption process. The Orthodox Jewish Community must work inward to find the "lost sparks of Redemption" within itself to further the mission of Redemption into action.
3. Goals of the Beis Havaad: The Beis Havaad aims to help Am Yisroel move from 87 commandments to 613. It also aims to study and share the teachings of Redemption, make dayanim and honorable rabbis accessible to all, offer a platform for rabbis and advisors to share their wisdom, and lay the groundwork for the establishment of the Sanhedrin and all commandments, which are the gate out of spiritual and physical exile.
4. Resolving Issues Efficiently: The Beis Havaad aims to resolve issues more efficiently and with less heartache, potentially saving lives, compared to relying on the government's justice system.
5. Access for the Noahide Community: The Beis Havaad provides official access for the Noahide community to Jewish leadership for resolving issues and gaining knowledge on correct conduct.
6. Enhancing Connections: The Beis Havaad enhances the activities of other organizations and groups of rabbis by connecting them and providing exposure and networking capabilities. Dayanim, rabbis, and advisors can also receive payment from the Beis Havaad for serving the needs of the Jewish and Noahide community.
7. Advising Educational Systems: The Beis Havaad offers advice to schools and educational systems on the recommended topics to teach in yeshivas and schools, so that what is learned can further the "Redemption Needs" of Am Yisroel.
8. Providing Leadership: The Beis Havaad provides Jewish and Noahide leadership with the self-esteem and direction to lead their respective congregations towards Redemption.
9. Coordinating Compromise: The Beis Havaad is available to coordinate de-escalation, communication, and other forms of compromise and settlement for world leaders, governments, businessmen, and other global organizations, in its role as a light unto the nations.
10. Bringing Together Jewish Leadership: The Beis Havaad is the first time that officially diverse Jewish leadership is invited to be impressed by each other's wisdom, a pre-condition for the establishment of the Sanhedrim according to the Rambam.

About Rabbi Dr. B. Trappler Member of the Sanhedrin Establishment - Beis Hava'ad
After graduating Medical School in 1974 at WITS University in Johannesburg, Rabbi Dr. Trappler spent three years as a House-Officer in Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Intensive Coronary Care.
Having completed a psychiatric residency at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, he moved to Brooklyn, where he completed a two-year Fellowship in Psychosomatic Medicine.
Dr. Trappler was Assistant Professor in Biological Research at Columbia University from 1988 to 1994

Trapler tells us about the connection between today's rebellious youth being in a state of true spiritual deprivation. Healing of the body and soul are seen as one integral unit. Ritual is more in keeping with the Psychology of Carl Jung who deferred to the Ramak as being the source of psychological truth. In particular, there is a symmetry between Maimonides descriptions in his "Book of Knowledge" to the Archetypes described by Jung. These are all Divine sparks in exile which will be manifest at the time of the of the redemption. The He is able to address the interface of psychology with Chabad mysticism.

יש לציין שלע"ד מכתב באגרות קודש הינו הוראה פרטית (משא"כ שיחות ומאמרים מוגים הם הוראה כללית). גם דעתו של הרבי הק' התחזק ביותר כל הקשור לגאולה בשנים שלאחרי זה בפרט אחרי שנת ה'תשמ"ח.
כמו כן אין במכתב זה שלילה להקמת הסנהדרין - כי אם צריך להיות הכנה נכונה ומצב שעליו אפשר לבסס את הסנהדרין.

מכתב זה כתבתי לר' יוסף אדרעי בעקבות דברים שקראתי במכתבו של הרבי מליובאוויטש זצ"ל ששלח אלי.
בשם ה' א-ל עולם

לכבוד הרבנים שליט"א –
לאחר שקראתי את מכתבו של הרבי מליובאוויטש זצ"ל בענין חידוש הסנהדרין, הנני להעיר:
א. הנני רואה תיאום ברור, בנקודה אחת לפחות, בין דבריו זצ"ל לבין תפיסתי כפי שהשתדלתי להבהירה. הרבי קובע בצדק שעל כולם, כל אחד לפי מה שהוא, לפרסם ולהודות שיסוד קיום האומה בקיום התורה והמצוה.
ב. כן קובע שאם אין אדם מבין ומקבל בלב שלם את סמכות התורה ואינו מבין את עניינה, ברור שאין כל ערך לדיבוריו בענין הסנהדרין.
ג. בדומה לכך טוען אני הק': צריך, קודם כל, שיהיה ציבור שבאמת חפץ בתורה אמת בשלמות, ללא פשרות, וללא דרשנות ציונות-דתית/ליטאית/חסידית. בית דין, כלשהו, יכול להתקיים ולפעול אך ורק כאשר יש ציבור שחפץ ומאמין בצורך בקיומו של בית דין. הוא הדבר אשר דיברתי. ציבור כזה יכון על ידי ייסוד 'קהילת תורת ארץ ישראל' אשר בראשה יעמוד 'בית הועד'. זאת תהיה נקודת ההתחלה. מדובר בקהילה במובן הרחב של המושג. משם תוכל להתפתח מציאות חדשה בכלל ישראל.
ד. פעם שמעתי שהגר"א קוטלר זצ"ל קיבל את פניו של נגיד אחד שרצה לתרום להקמתה של ישיבת לייקווד. שאלו הנגיד: 'באיזו סדרי גודל מדובר? כמה תלמידים צריכים שהישיבה תכיל?' השיבו הרב: 'אלף'. תמה הנגיד: 'כדי לגדל גדול אחד בתורה חייבים אלף תלמידים?' השיבו הרב: 'כן, אלף. אחד שיהיה גדול בתורה, ותשע מאות תשעים ותשעה מבינים'. רצה לומר: אם אין ציבור שיודע כבודה וקדושתה של תורה מהן, אם אין רבים המבינים שחייבים לפנות לגדול לעיתים קרובות בכל מיני עניינים, שיודעים להעריך את הגדול ואת רוחב דעתו וחכמתו – מה יתן לנו גדול בתורה, או אפילו כמה גדולים?
הוא הדבר אשר דיברתי.
